Q) Do you work with the general public?
A) No. Unfortunatley we can only accept orders from someone in the interior design trade.

Q) If I'm an Interior Designer or work in the trade, what do I need to open an account?
A) In order to open a basic C.O.D. account we only need your company info and your current resale number. To be considered for an open account you need to fill out a credit application.

Q) Can I request custom sizes on my order?
A) Yes. Almost any request can be met since all of our products are made custom to order. For example, you can request a longer drop on your coverlet if you have an extra deep mattress.

Q) Do you provide the fabrics used in your products?
A) No. All of the fabrics used to make our products are C.O.M. (customers own material). We can however, provide lining materials.

Q) Will you assist me in quoting the price and yardage for my order?
A) Yes, we will help you at any time. Just call, fax, or email us.

Q) Can you drop ship completed orders directly to my customer?
A) Yes, we accommodate drop shipments. Freight costs vary upon the weight of the order as well as the shipping location.

Q) Can my client pick up their order directly from The Quilting House?
A) Only the designer or an authorized delivery company may pick up completed products from us. Special exceptions can be made, but must be arranged with us before order completion.

Q) Do you accept verbal orders?
A) No, we must have all orders in writing. You may fax or mail completed order forms to us.

Q) What forms of payment do you accept?
A) We gladly accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS as well as cash or check.
