Because we make everything custom to order, the numerous possibilities can be a little confusing at times.  We’re here to answer any questions you should have.  Here are some of the most frequently asked questions that we have answered.  If you don’t find your question or answer here then please contact us during normal business hours at 888-615-2206 or email us at support@quiltinghouse.com.

Wholesale C.O.M. Program:

• 1. Is your C.O.M. program open to the general public?

  Unfortunately, NO we can only accept C.O.M. orders from someone in the interior design trade.

• 2. How do I open an account?

  For basic accounts, nothing special is needed to start your account. Once we receive your first order we will create your account for you. If we need any other documentation we will ask you at this time. To establish terms with us you will need to fill out a credit application.

• 3. Do you accept verbal orders?

  No, we must have all orders in writing. You may fax or mail completed order forms to us.

• 4. What forms of payment do you accept for your wholesale C.O.M. program?

  We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well as cash or check.

• 5. Can you provide a labor and yardage quote?

  Yes, we can help with all labor and yardage quotations. Just call, fax, or email us the details and we will be glad to help you.

• 6. Will you return my leftover C.O.M. fabric ?

  If you include a written request with, or directly on, your order we will make every attempt to return your C.O.M. fabric. Pieces less than ¼ of a yard are considered to be unusable and are not kept.

• 7. Do you offer a Rush service?

  Depending upon our current work load and the complexity of your order it may be possible to rush an order. *Rush Fee will apply. Please contact us.

• 8. Can you drop ship completed orders directly to my customer?

  Yes, we accommodate drop shipments. Freight costs vary upon the weight and size of the order as well as the shipping location.

• 9. Can my client pick up their order directly from The Quilting House?

  Only the designer or an authorized delivery company may pick up completed products from us. Special exceptions can be made, but must be arranged with us before order completion.

• 10. Can you make a custom quilting pattern specific to my design?

  Possibly. Give us the details of your design and we will let you know if we can do it.

• 11. Will you rework items not made by The Quilting House?

  As a general rule NO. We cannot stand behind any product not produced solely by us.

• 12. Do you offer fabric finishing (knit backing, stain repellant, etc.)?

  All of these services require special certifications and equipment that we do not have. We suggest you have these services completed before you send in fabrics to us.

• 13. Do you offer measuring or installation services?

  Unfortunately, we do not have the manpower to offer these conveniences.


Shipping:

• 1. Are there any limitations on the Free Shipping promotion?

  Our free shipping promotion will apply to orders that meet the minimum total sale amount specified, and have a delivery address within the continental 48 states (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from our Free Shipping promotion). Upholstered items do not qualify for our Free Shipping promotion.

• 2. How will my custom bedding be shipped?

  We normally ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. All shipping costs and times are calculated using normal ground delivery. Most orders can be delivered within 5 business days from the shipping date. Normally, our shipments do not require a signature and are left on your doorstep if you are not available at the time of delivery. Larger items such as upholstered headboards cannot be sent by FedEx or UPS Ground. These large items need to be sent by truck freight. Truck freight costs will depend on delivery location. Please contact support@quiltinghouse.com for more information regarding truck freight.

• 3. Do you ship outside of the US?

  Currently we only ship to addresses located within the United States.

• 4. My order delivery was refused by mistake - what do I do?

  Please call us during normal business hours. If an order is refused, any pre-paid shipping charges will be forfeited. If a customer refuses a package, they will be charged for any costs we incur in having the package returned to us, as well as any additional shipping charges to re-ship the item. No order credit will be given by simply refusing to receive the product ordered. Orders that originally qualified for "Free Shipping" will be charged for any shipping charges needed to re-ship the order.
